As the Sales & CRM Manager, you will develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns with the goal of generating revenue and building client relationships.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and manage category specific CRM campaigns (email) that engage our customer in different moments in their customer journey and drive new revenue opportunities.

  • Excel in full life-cycle selling techniques and be a key part of our sales team to help generate meetings and sales pipeline.

  • Master our cold emailing strategy; prospecting and pitching to key decision makers.

  • Define advanced audience segmentation, tactics, and targeting to improve our marketing campaigns.

  • Leverage prospecting sales tools like Linkedin, our internal CRM, Mailchimp, and more to generate new leads.

  • Continuously optimize for campaign improvement via A/B testing.

  • Report on KPIs and track performance of marketing strategies across all CRM campaigns.

  • Manage CRM calendar ensuring that brand communications are in place to meet performance targets and content goals.

  • Coordinate between marketing, creative, and product teams for testing and execution of campaigns.

  • Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions and communicate and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Must be based in LA.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted startup environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines.

  • You have hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar), campaign messaging, marketing automation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.

  • Track record for successfully driving customer growth (revenue a plus) through CRM or other digital marketing channels.

  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking capabilities.

  • A passion for marketing, including up-to-date knowledge of the world’s top brands and marketing campaigns across different industries including Fashion, Food/Beverage, Entertainment, Beauty, and more.

  • Quick, creative thinker and idea contributor.

  • You have strong project management and organization skills combined with strong attention to detail.

  • Fluent in Keynote, G-Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
